What size grout should I do for vertical stacked Cloe tile?

Hi, trying to decide on what size grout lines I should do for vertically stacked white cloe tiles w white grout? I kinda like the below… is that 1/8” grout do you think?
We have a traditional home w grandma coastal vibes… and my husband did 3/16” white subway w white grout in the kitchen… which I still question every day of my life… and regret…
Feels like smalle grout lines are too modern but dont want to go too big. Any additional thoughts on edges? My contractor said they cant miter cloe lengthwise? I prefer a clean look. Thank you in advance!
