We hired Brevity Construction ran by Horacio Leal.

Horacio - created a contract for 85,000.00 - tore up our home - changed the contract to 125,000.00.

Horacio - stated the job would take 6 weeks - the job is still not done after 6 months.

Horacio - left us with a mess - he did not complete the work and left our house in disarray...his workers left cigarette butts in our front yard, and poop in our toilets.
