The navy will look great with the neutral tones!

I think you have too much neutral so maybe a really dark green and white strip then some cushions on the chairs with a print that has green and other colors in it .The paint the shutters a color from the print and aslo the scalloped siding . I like neurtals inside but outside IMO brigh colors are just better Or use the bule but do the same idea.

The first one--navy and white cabana stripe would be my choice with your home. The other two are nice but the first one gives a bit more punch.

Obviously your home's siding is different, but this is the effect of the first one.
