Reconsider all the sconces in that living room, specially if you want any space to hang art.

No recessed light?

Just the lighting fixtures you have shown would not be enough for me and I would need to have recessed lighting incorporated too. Each grouping on different switches with dimmers.

I have those large globe pendants, opal glass with brass, they are stunning, using 2 above kitchen island which is 10' long. I like your sconces in the living room. I will allow recessed in untility areas, electrician is not happy. Too bad, no swiss cheese on the ceiling for me.
