Is this mold?? Can’t figure out where coming from. Pic with fan is bedroom. Other is closet for bedroom.

It is definitely water damage, so you have a leak. Hard to say if its mold right now, but, it will be shortly, if not already. Could be a bathroom, if you have one above that room, or it could be a leaky roof.

You have a water leak ether from the roof, and attic or from the apartment above you or, do you habe an upstairs bathroom over that area?

It's a pretty good leak. I'd get on that fast because when drywall is involved repair gets very pricey. We had to do it sev yrs ago when we had a roof leak.
