My inspiration is contemporary design and love the idea of separating the space for better management. Like TV section should go to north of the living room so that the movement does not disturb the tv section.

There are three moving paths highlighted by the blue arrow. The right one to the kitchen, the middle used by family for upstairs and the left one to the main living room. Based on the moving area, it creates a space on the wall of the kitchen marked by 1 in the 2D, this can be one of the sitting space near the stairs. On the right the section 2 and 3 can be arranged accordingly. I love the idea of having a library but doesn’t think that makes sense in this floor(maybe in 1st floor), maybe a bar somewhere in section 3 that sounds interesting. There are more windows that required IMO, like in the west maybe we don’t need windows there but anyways we have it in the actual site so we may have to live with that eheheh.

Cultures are different. Nobody needs this much foyer, unless it is a hotel.

I agree, but smaller passage blocks the staircase. So initial plan was to create an open spaces with bigger passage and partition as needed

I think we need so much more info but you need an architect for sure in your country to get a perfect fit for how you live . We entertain a lot but do not require a huge foyer. How you live is how you design a house with help from an architect tha understands the needs in your culture.
