Hi Susan! Our apologies in not responding earlier, we just saw this question! The chandelier is by Alexa Nickel. It is part of our upgraded lighting options that comes with all of our floor plans. There is also an option to have a small small crystal tear drop off the bottom as seen [here[(https://www.houzz.com/photos/the-woodbridge-parade-of-homes-model-hugo-mn-transitional-kitchen-minneapolis-phvw-vp~20824407). Is the ceiling the same color as the walls?

Can you tell me what floor this is?

Hi Laura - the flooring is Mannington Lexington Hickory Appaloosa. For future reference if you hover over the green tags in our photos it will reveal product information. Hope this helps!

Thank u
