We had asked our GC to add junction boxes for our kitchen island to add pendant lighting. We also asked him to center a junction box in our bedroom that wasn't centered.
The master bedroom one now looks different than it did before he moved it. It is not as deep as it was before.
The kitchen island one looks very different than other typical junction boxes I've seen before.
Do these look okay from a code perspective? Will they hold the typical weight that a junction box offers?
