My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Counting blessings.....

Another birthday, today. I am counting my many blessings. Reading the newspapers, there is unrest, violence, illness and starvation in today's world. I am profoundly grateful that I have my apartment, and enough food to eat, I realize the world has many who are homeless and hungry. I am grateful for those who use their time and energy to post their ideas and opinions. I hope for all of you that you will have a fruitful year, and that everyone will realize and not take for granted, what we have here.
