Either:

-try a different browser, or

-clear cache and cookies and try again.

Or, try both if the first you choose doesn't work.

The video maker probably uploaded it incorrectly.

When a file is copied from one computer to another, whether across the internet or otherwise, there are usually no "choices" on how to do it. So, to suggest it was done "incorrectly is not a likely possibility.

The file could have gotten corrupted along the way. It's standard that whenever a file is copied from one location to another, the person doing that task is responsible for "testing" that it functions properly when accessed at the new second home. If not, the remedy is to delete what's there and then copy it across a second time. And check it again.

Thank you Elmer. I tried everything you suggested and same thing happens. I looked at another recorded webinar and it worked perfectly. I guess something is wrong with that webinar. I keep getting that same notice on the screen.

I'll try emailing them tomorrow.

But at least I found 5 updates to Windows, downloaded those, not sure where to find the place to clear cookies, but installed Edge which I never use and probably won't again.

I have always used Firefox and will continue. But using Edge didn't make a difference. The notice came up on the screen as it did with FF.

Oh well, will try again tomorrow.

Jane, type "cookies" in the search bar of your browser (on my Windows machine it is at the bottom left of the screen). The option to "delete cookies or temporary files" should appear in the window that opens.

I will say that when I have experienced such glitches, the advice almost always is to delete cookies and clear the cache, but I find that that usually is not the solution.
