I would paint the walls & ceiling BM Chantilly Lace, eggshell finish.

thanks lyn. The trims and ceiling for the family room are are both done chantilly lace. yes, i will be doing eggshell finish on the walls.

If you want white use Chantilly Lace again like Lyn said as mixing whites is challenging. They can end up looking like a miss instead of a match. IMO you need a difference of at least 10 LRV to have contrast. None of the colors you're looking at are 10 points away from CL. If you really want contrast look at Paper White. I used it in a room in my previous house. It is an interesting color that looks blue, gray and white, depending on the light. Of the three you're considering, it looks like Baby's Breath has the most contrast.

When choosing colors sometimes there is no "right" answer. What you like is most important. I will say I have changed my mind after painting a large area of wall when I thought I had the right color. So pick one and paint a large area and see if it still appeals to you. It does help to paint a board so you can move it around the room because the color will look different on different walls because of the direction the light is coming from.

I agree that Chantilly Lace could be the right choice. The others look like not enough contrast to the trim to even bother choosing a different color.

I'm a huge fan of Benjamin Moore Maritime white. Perhaps give that a shot.

I’d consider the other decor elements you plan to use in the room. If you have a particular rug in mind, you might find that one of your whites looks better than the others.

Did you look at the Matching Colors list on the Chantilly Lace webpage? Perhaps Horizon which BM describes as "With its subtle blue undertones, this pale, effortless gray provides a fresh slate in any room" would be suitable.

I would do the same as the trim in color but matte for walls I do not like any sheen on walls

Thanks wdccruise. yes, i took a look as you suggested and tried white heron.

I think it is really nice…. has a very subtle contrast to the chantilly trim and really not giving off much undertones. if any undertone, maybe a pale gray in certain angles, which is fine by me. i do not want yellow/ green/ creamy undertones.

i tried various shades and Heron White and Distant Gray are the 2 that i am considering - have ro decide by tomorrow morning 😬

Room is done i went with white heron on the walls and chantilly lace trim/ cabinets. you definitely see s contrast.
