One thing I would consider is moving the master door over and utilizing the indented space as an additional primary suit closet.

There are windows on one side and sliding door on another side so I was hoping I could use this wall for the bed.
I am not sure about washer dryer situation also. Shall I keep the closet 6x10 and move washer dryer under the stairs?

Keep in mind that walls are 4-6" thick. When I was playing around with layouts for our renovation, that made a big difference in what would work and what wouldn't. Also plan for the framing around doors. The framing and casing around a 32" door will be anywhere from 40-43".

Bumping out the walls on the new primary suite (and adding stairs) takes up a lot of space in the dining room. A dining table would fit but it would be tight to walk around. Is the blue rectangle in the new kitchen an island? If so, that leaves only a 24" space between it and the new closet wall. The minimum recommendation is 36" (from edge of countertop not cabinet face) but most people recommend more.

Putting the bed on the bumped out wall means that it would be right inside the door (which doesn't have enough wall space to be framed in) and no room for a bedside table. Plan the furniture placement as part of the layout. Where are the windows and sliding door in the bedroom? What are their measurements? Could the bed be under the window? Could the door or window be moved or completely removed?

The bathroom layout is tight and most of it doesn't meet code requirements.

(Depending on your location. I am in the US.) Minimum code is 24" clearance in front of the toilet (the layout shows less), but 36" is recommended. Put a large cardboard box 24" in front of a toilet and see if that is comfortable. Measure 24" from your current vanity and see if that seems like enough space to brush your teeth while your partner walks behind you (we have 36" and I wouldn't want less). Measure out 36" x 36" and see if that seems like enough space to shower. Where is the entrance to the shower?

Unfortunately I don't think that the space available can fit everything in it (I also wouldn't recommend bumping out into the dining room - it makes that space small and have a weird layout). Reassess what is really necessary - how big does the bedroom need to be? (I would probably take some of it for the closet.) Is a tub necessary? Are 2 sinks necessary? Could the exterior wall in the existing laundry be bumped out to match the rest of the house?

Measure and tape out spaces and see what is comfortable. Look up code requirements for your area. Use a planning software that accounts for wall depth. Plan for furniture placement in all of the rooms that would change - bedroom, dining, living. What is the kitchen layout?

Where are the new stairs leading? Could the new primary suite be built there? Could it be built where the other 2 bedrooms are and those bedrooms be relocated to the office/laundry rooms? I don't love that idea since I assume they are children's bedroom and that would put them off of the main living space.

I agree with @k8cd The spaces are too tight. THe bedroom entrance is not good. You will walk right into the bed. I would not want the master bed on the living room wall. The doorway will be impossible to get furniture through.

Can you combine bedroom 1 and 2 into a master and make the laundry/bath/office into two bedrooms with a shared bath?
