They do price increases regularly. We ordered all our appliances from them in February 2023 and some took a year to come in. We paid up front so our prices locked in on the order date.

We have yet to demo (as you mentioned, this can be a long process). I noticed they upgraded the steam oven after we ordered ours. The new one can be plumbed so you don't have to fill up the water reservoir. Since ours had yet to be delivered, I inquired as to whether we could consider changing to the plumbed model. The newer model was about $2500 more. Our kitchen designer said it wasn't possible for us to switch since we don't have water on that wall.

My point is, get your appliance order in ASAP because the longer you wait, the higher the cost will be. Kitchen designers will tell you it’s easy to work the cabinetry design around whatever appliances you order so get them ASAP. We also missed out on a promo for an extra year of warranty because we didn't get our order in by year end. I didn't know that promo was being discontinued so that delay cost us a valuable benefit.
