Sofa/Console table help!

Hi there! I have been all over the place decorating my newish house :) I have this console table that was originally supposed to be under the artwork. Well, I went another direction with the art and got larger ones since the wall is bigger... so now the table is funny looking there. Would 2 together be silly?

I also, tried it in a space in my kitchen area, but I feel like it is too short.

Any advice? Thank you !!

Neither the t v console or the art works in your scheme.

Assuming picture#1 is your living room, can you take a photo that shows the entire room?

From what I see you can do better with draperies, not sheers, hung at the appropriate height. Keep the country feel dining table in the mix when you style.

Nice space...I'd like to suggest the slider treatment first. You need draperies that are lined, and hung not so high. Photo below from IKEA, so not expensive.

Next idea...could the sectional be pulled away from the island? You can add some counter height stools which would be fun for a quick lunch or a perfect place to serve apps for company.

Your initial post asked about the console and art, so if you consider my other suggestions, consider this for the console:

The curtains are usually opened as we back up to an open backyard/water. They are the last on my todo list. I have some barstools.

The drapes are beautiful. I don't think they need to change.

Try the console under the clock.

Separate the two artworks a bit so they aren't touching. Their center should be at eye level.

Add some nice throw pillows.
