Hello everybody!

I don't know if my Echeveria frosty crestata is fine: it began losing leaves on the bottom part of the stem, but on the other hand, it's pupping like mad. There is also a very strange bud growing (first pic).

It's currently outside in a pot and it gets sun all afternoon. I water it every 10 days - 2 weeks depending on the weather, and I put a support stick to help the plant not to tilt on one side.

Can somebody please tell me if it is a problem or is it normal for my plant?
