Thank you. Any opinion on color of front door if we do all siding? Stained “wood”? Painted (black, other)? It will majority glass. We are considering wood corbels for the overhang to warm up the area.

Siding will be board and baton.

Here’s a picture of the side of the house. Front is narrow but side is long since lot is narrow and long. Decent amount of siding.

You could do any painted color on the front door, really.

Use stone where stone would be- on the exposed basement level for instance. The front will be more cohesive with one material

Hallet & Co. - Great idea about stone on the exposed basement area. We hadn’t thought of that idea. Do you have any opinion on front door and/or corbels? I was thinking make it black cladded (with glass) like French doors but we also like the idea of “wood” door and/or wood corbels to warm it up.

I like using all one material, so that the facade is not divided. I also like using the stone on the lower level. Black door!
