We are going to redo all the tile in our bathroom (floors, shower, tub surround), and will probably do a larger white subway tile on the shower walls, but don’t want to do subway tiles for the bench. We would prefer a solid surface without any grout on the bench. But the bench continues on to surround the tub. So what options are there for the bench and around the tub? I would think that a one piece engineered surface that has a cutout for the tub would be very expensive, but we can’t come up with a less expensive plan that would look good. Any suggestions?
