Is your stove still under warranty?I called Samsung when my dryer had problems. They immediately wanted me to go through a trial and error over the phone to fix the problem. I was just out of the hospital and not well, so I asked for someone to come to my home anyways. They said they’d charge me if there was no problem. I gad them out anyway. So call their customer service number. You’ll need to have your model #, date purchased, and date the stove registered. They really want to avoid home visits and this will work if your stove is under warranty. I’m not sure if it’ll work out of warranty.

I'd try switching off the circuit breaker that controls the range's circuit, waiting a few seconds and turning it back on. Sometimes temporarily disconnecting power from a device resets it and fixes a problem. Can't hurt.
