South facing hanging Calibrachoa

Raleigh NC. I recently learned how finicky Calibrachoa can be. These look good now, but we're in the early stages where we might be able to reconfigure.
I mistakenly assumed our front South facing porch would get more sun than it does, but apparently overhang is deeper than I thought. This picture is at 3 pm. They've been in their pots almost 3 weeks. The pot on the West end gets the most Sun, a out 4-hours and would likely to have success.
Should I repot and move them to the front garden?
Can I put the basket, liner and plant, on mulch, in our front South facing garden so as not to disturb them? They'll get 6+ hours of sun.
I haven't fertilized these yet.
