Well, the cabinet in the toilet room does not go with the wallpaper, that's for sure. Paint it a color in the wallpaper. Or if you don't like it there, since it's only a cabinet and not a sink, just take it out and put in a storage piece that you like - to hide extra TP and cleaning supplies. I like the tiles in the shower, but the curtain could use some pizzaz.

I personally would have to get that wallpaper out of there! Too much for me. I'd paint the walls instead. Any color you want, really. Without that wallpaper, it's a blank slate.

if you have a tall ceiling to a hanging light, or maybe this rattan one.

for this part I'd paint the door BM Wrought Iron, bring in some greenery, a black/jute rug, and if you can, a ceiling light in a rattan and black to warm it up

teak mat would also warm things up

you could try a wood tray and greenery on the vanity

your shower curtain is too blah and dingy, do some thing in black/white or gray

you could also find a wood cabinet, antique or new, to go next to toilet

I like this natural wood cabinet too. i'd match the wood shelves to this color

I think the toilet looks crowded by the cabinet. If you turn it sideways can you still open the doors?

I like a taller less wide storage cabinet to the left of your toilet.

This room and board cabinet is 20 inches wide by 16 inches deep and 72 inches tall.

The current wallpaper doesn't work so well with the floor. One with some white in the background would look refreshing with the shaker cabinetry and the flooring.

find frames/mirrors/art that could tie things together and maybe some baskets? Along with some of the natural wood accessories that were already shared by others that I like as well.. the cabinet could work if you want it to… with the right things tying it all together. Here’s some things that sort of represent what I’m thinking

I am not a fan of the black accents. I would spray paint the drawer handles and all the other hardware and lighting to a matt stainless. I would get rid of the black towel, rug, and mirrors (or at least spray paint the frame around the mirror another color).

I think the current cabinet is way too wide, it makes the toilet looked jammed in. Cabinet should be slimmer, one solid color and about double the height, with a bold piece of art over the toilet to balance. No shelves with stuff on them, just adds clutter to a very bossy wallpaper.

Hi all, I love all of the feedback you have given so far! I have ordered a taller slim black cabinet to replace the existing one - completely agree with all the comments about it needing to be taller and slim. I have moved the shower rod up to the ceiling (black shower curtain is a placeholder curtain for now - will be trying a charcoal grey one or this black and white one shown in the next photo).

I like the idea of putting a small art piece above the toilet to balance things out with the new cabinet, currently just debating on the frame. Was thinking something like this:

I still want to add in some natural wood elements (maybe teak tone), so I will be on the lookout for some trays and bath rugs that could work for this.

At this point I'm also debating if I should have the wallpaper removed from these side sections of the sink room wall. What do you all think? Would it look weird to have just 1 accent wall wallpapered in that room with white paint on the sides? Or is it best to just keep the wallpaper there?

IMO the floor ans the wall tile go together the wall paper not so much with them . I really dislike toilet rooms and that one is huge and if take the cabinet awy it really is a waste of spac e.The shower crutain does not work with the floor but does with the wall paper . Give us a to scale floor plan withinfo as to what you are willing to do. Use graph paper show every window , doorway where thos elead and every meausrement clearly marked . I like the floor the tile the vanity the mirrors even the black hardware but the wallpaper just odd man out . Unless youn ar eplanning to ditch the toilet room why not use the same style as the vanity for a cabinet in there then at least that all goes together .How about this for areal look and the ability to have some color tooJust enough black to keep the hardware too,

The wallpaper in this bathroom seems a bit overwhelming. If decorating just the area with the toilet, it wouldn't be as intense and crazy seeming. However, if keeping the cabinet in the toilet area, you might want to incorporate some rattan items to help it feel more cohesive. Notice how, in the bathroom designs below, the wall is tiled halfway up, so it feels like less wallpaper and makes the rooms seem bigger, not smaller.
