You need to be more specific.

Are you asking specifically for the living room/dining area?

Need to add photos of room in a comment + dimensions on a scaled drawing (1” = 1’ or 1” = 1/2 foot - whichever makes sense). If you don’t have graph paper - you can print some out (look it up) - or simply use a ruler. Include measurements for windows and doorways.

Also, if there are currently owned items that you’d like to incorporate, please include photos of the same.

If you don’t add what’s been suggested above, you won’t receive much help, if any.

I would like with suggestions for furniture purchases and would also like to take advantage of the stunning views.

I agree with Patricia Colwell Consulting. The layout in the advertisement looks like your best option. Only suggestion is keep the furniture small and a small but expandable dining table for guests. If you opt out of having a TV in the living room you can move furniture around to face the windows and against the wall. If you don't need both bedrooms you could turn one into the TV room. It seems as if you may want to keep both bedrooms. Best of luck to you with this. And congratulations on you new apartment.
