My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rain, more blooms, scapes

We have had a massive amount of rain. The scapes are really popping with tons of buds [plus I fertilized in April for the first time in years]. I expected to have low amounts of scapes this year since I split 70+ last year, around 1/3 of my daylilies but I am thankful to God that it looks good!
