The difference in drawer sizes is negligible. Do the 3 3/4 inch everywhere. We're not seeing the linen, btw.

Make sure the 3 1/2” is comfortable for everyone’s hands. The projection (how far it sticks out from the drawer or door) is as critical as the width. Someone with bigger hands may not like the style for that reason.
