It was Mapei White 00 that I think was discontinued. The quartz is Cosmos Calaccatta Sienna Silver. We love it!

White is now Eggshell. Not discontinued. Renamed, because it was always an ivory/off white.

Frost is the best for white tile. It gives a faint contrast that just adds to the textural appeal.

Go with the lightest gray available. I think it will look great against the gray veining in your stone.

Frost is perfect for your space. White grout against white tile looks clinical and rarely do the whites match - causing one or the other to look dingy.

Frost works well because it gives just the slightest contrast to the white tile and will work well with the veining in your counters. IMO Frost is not obviously grey - it is just a slight contrast to the white. If you are still unsure then get your contractor to do a sample board for you with real grout - not the little plastic pieces.

Also, remember that Mapei makes the matching caulk for their colours and you need that for corners and where the tile meets the counters. It will bring it all together.

@Minardi we used Mapei Moonbeam with white glass tile and it certainly does not look dirty
