My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Microwave in island

My cabinets were ordered wrong and I’m trying to find a solution without reordering / return.


Kitchen was designed with microwave drawer in island. However I was gave a base cabinet made for ”countertop microwave”. Has anyone used a microwave drawer in a standard cabinet? Aside from electricity and depth height measurements, what are the differences between the cabinets?


Posted are the different specs for the two different cabinets. Mine is BMC302424 designed for countertop microwave.
