I'd say Argyranthemum frutescens. They come in various colours.

It is from the Canary Islands so it would be an annual for all but those in zone 10-11.

I actually bought a pot ;) But was of course curious what's in it. Looked like some kind of daisy but there are so many. Then from their website and little pictures I thought it could be bidens, but those have all kinds of foliage, some looking like that.

It has been sadly neglected. I hope you got it at a bargain price. The buds have all desiccated. Full sun but regular water. It might recover. The species is white with yellow centres but they're now available in yellow, pink and red.
