Is there a good stainless kitchen sink with a sloping bottom?

last month

We’re remodeling and want to replace our ceramic double bowl sink with a stainless steel single bowl. After using our daughter’s new sink and spending so much time (and water) chasing food scraps out of the corners and into the drain we want to make sure our new sink drains easily. It would also be nice to not have to use a protecter grid on the bottom - we removed hers almost immediately because it made chasing down food scraps even harder because you couldn't use a sink brush. I’ve read about the Ruvati Tribeca series that features Slope Bottom technology - has anyone installed this sink and do you still have to spray guide food scraps to the drain?? Perhaps there are other sloped bottom sinks that solve this problem too? thanks!
