What about putting tile over the concrete? Less small stuff. Furniture with colorful seat cushions.

Remove every item costing less than $100. Lots of cheap items does not equal one handsome item. Remove the bistro table and chair and put nothing there at all.

Hang a porch swing on the left facing where the bistro table is now. Get a nice chair to set under the window and maybe a small table beside it. A large colorful rug under it all. A very large pot (at least 14” across) near one of the porch posts with fat red geraniums.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I plan to eliminate all the cheap furniture to get more timeless pieces. Our porch roof is too tall for a hanging porch swing, and I'm not too fond of the of the glider we have right now, so I've been trying to think of other ideas on what I could do as an alternative.

We have 4 of these swivel rocker/gliders on our porch and have been very pleased with them. We live in an Amish/Mennonite area and ordered our chairs from them but I think you can get from almost anywhere. They’re called poly outdoor furniture, I believe.

Well made and available in a rainbow of colors and types like plain rockers, swings, double settees, Adirondacks, etc. We chose the brown/black option because we already had the bright red rug.
