Design Dilemma Entry

How to cover this?

Just moved into my new condo and find this ugly furnace right by the front entry between the closet and front door. I wanted a full length mirror here, do you think I can cover this if the mirror is on hinges to allow access to the furnace? Any other ideas to cover this?

You could put a tall, narrow table with legs there, with a plant on top, with or without a mirror mounted above the table. The air would blow under the table. Or ignore that area completely and once your other furniture is in it really won't be that noticeable.
