I like your choices. for the countertop I would choose something less 'busy' looking. Do you prefer quartz or is a natural stone ok?

If you like the wood tone (comes in a white/gray as well) I think w/a proper application it could work. Tilebar carries them under kendrige ribbon, and wayfair/home depot carry them under Ivy Hill tile-Montgomery.

I also think the japanese finger tiles or KitKat tiles would fit into your design. shown here on the wall w/large format terrazzo tiles. also a nice option. natural wood vanity

these black kitkats w/light gray grout, wood trim on top(brilliant!) natural wood floating vanity, and a matte black slate-look floor, beautiful. In the shower you could go Bedrosians Makoto tile (go look at their website and see the examples at the bottom on the makoto page)

Love a good terrazzo type of tile too. either real terrazzo or a porcelain look alike. there are so many nice ones on the market now. all colors too

I think a natural white oak vanity would meet the vanity demand. you could go w/gold or black hardware. natural elements like a rattan pendant, greenery.
