I'm not sold on your furniture arrangement, but without seeing the rest of the room, it's hard to make a recommendation.

The room is next to what other space? You can add 2 chairs that face the window and center your tv on that wall.

Float your furniture towards the middle of the room, away from the railing. Then you'll have room for a couple of chairs around the sectional. If you push everything against the walls it tends to make a space look like a waiting room.

What’s where the person is standing that took the picture? Nothing? That’s where you put more seating.

You've made the focus of you space the TV, not the window. I'd have the seating face the window. You can get a drop-down screen for the TV or swivel chairs to watch the TV. People in the hall or kitchen, if you have open plan, will be able to see over the sofa to admire the view.

Would this setup work and pull the sectional into room a bit, so it doesn’t feel squeezed in/will create better balance, and add a rug to ground (front legs should rest on rug). I’d move the tv/console down, as it‘s squeezed into the corner and should line up per below. Add tables that are functional and have the right proportions, which will help ground the seating.

An added comment, if interested - the curtains feel skimpy not being wide enough to use/frame window and are too short (assume to avoid heating). I think window and room would be better without them. Once room is furnished, maybe take down and see what you think.

The diagram was to provide a layout so as not to block the window as requested, while still achieving a balanced room with more seating. Although your chaise configuration is opposite - IF interested in the concept and end up finding the distance from chaise to chair is not suitable/awkward (hard to know without measuring, as that’s key), consider:

1. place the second chair at far end, framing the console;

2. don’t pull out sectional a bit, as I had suggested;

3. place the two chairs at window and the one near console place on the opposite side.
