If those are your 3 options of units, I agree to taking the corner unit......How can those three have the same floor plan when they're obviously different shaped units?

I would default to B1 with B2 as a close second. Big pluses of B1 is that it looks to not share walls with neighbors and it’ll get sunlight from two sides of the unit and this brighter. It likely also has the best views across the court/field to the lake. The only potential downsides I see with B1: (1) it looks like there may be more vegetation (ie taller trees) between it and the lake, so I would want to assess B1 and B2 for which one has better views of the water; and (2) being adjacent to the playground— although a pro for some that have kids and/or like to hear the sounds of kids playing— could be unwanted noise for others depending on how noisy the playground gets (are there a lot of young families that live in the complex? If not, not a concern).

FYI - pickleball courts are VERY noisy.

My criteria would include view, direction it’s facing and being an end unit..more light and only sharing walls with one other unit. You may have to compromise and decide what’s the most important.
