You could add wall art, either instructive posters, or purely artistic ones.

Also, I’m not sure what the rest of your room/wall space looks like, but you could always hang racks for storage. Depends on what you need the space to be utilized for, or if it is simply an extra decorating space.

I think you could use the wall by adding a pull-up bar on the left and moving the fan somewhere else. On the other side, you could put a boxing bag and move the weights a little so they're not so close to the wall

Inspirational photos or posters.

Wall hooks for mats or foam rollers or other accessories like bands/tubing.

I'd also add a Pilates springboard if I could. As someone else mentioned a pullup bar. A TRX suspension system wall mount. These would all need to go into the studs.

Do you have a mirror? That might be a good place for a mirror.
