I was vacuuming under our new sheet rocked walls and new baseboard heater and saw this (see photos below). Is this OK and acceptable?
Also, we have seven new indoor doors. The previous painter that our contractor hired painted latex over oil without roughing them up and ruined seven doors. the new Painter primed and brushed the new doors and they were hung and they are rough to the touch, brushstroke visible, woodgrain visible, and have puckering. Are we being too critical? See photos below.
