Just had Stanton (great name and quality) nylon Berber installed into our master and there's a very obvious unsightly seam. Installer said it's because it needed to be one large piece rather than two pieces.

Carpet company owner will be coming by to look at as I'm sure this will have to be taken out and reinstalled. Huge headache.

Anyone have any knowledge as to how this could've been avoided at install?
Obviously people have Berber in large rooms.
Very frustrated that at minimum carpet place should've known this about the product and installed accordingly.
Thought?
