Growth under LVP flooring

We know we have moisture under our vinyl plank and will be demolishing this house and will be rebuilding. But any ideas on what is growing here? Thanks for any comments!

Black Mold, just following the cracks / void in the subfloor for now.

Did the house experience a storm surge? What about your drywall? Possible issue there too?

Yes about 7 years ago the subfloor was flooded with brackish water. I assume the house flippers let it dry out and then put down LVP. Plus brackish water enters our crawlspace several times a year. This growth looks like a vine but does not pull off like one. I didnt know that mold can grow this way…We are building a new house on a stem wall.
