It looks fine, just make sure to provide TP, hand soap and a towel.

I really don't think you would want it with a narrow gap to the right. It may be more visually comfortable to you if you used a narrower light fixture instead of a three armed one.

Use a bath bar light instead and it will not be so noticable ., add a spao pump and a towel hook all to fool the eye.

A narrow cabinet with front drawers?

Have a custom floating vanity made that has an offset drain and fits your plumbing location. A tad wider so you have some room. Then mount a fun mirror and light over it. like I have here.
