i'd remove that dresser and install some type of large bench w/hangers for all the bags/coats.

you could get some cubbies, position them like this for shoes and backpacks, and do a bunch of wall hanger (above) next to it for the coats. and on the opposite for hats/scarves

pretty easy to make something like this. cost would be less than 50$

Thanks for replying! We are 5 people and yes this is the main door... The left one its not a door but the entry to the three bedrooms..We are renting the house so ideas on budget will be perfect and some diy sure 👍🏻👍🏻
