Your question is unclear to me. Is that Peppercorn on your accent wall and you're asking if you should paint your handrails that color?

No to painting the hand rails an accent wall should be excatly that and the handrails look good and IMO would look cheap painted .

The wood on your railings is a nice feature. Do not paint them to match the wall.

Are you prepared to paint additional trim the Peppercorn color? Not sure I would paint the staircase.

Your could just paint the newel posts.

I would leave the stairs alone. At some point you will want to change the color of the accent wall and you won't want to mess around with the stairs again. Natural wood is always in style.

Leave the stair railings “ as is”. It looks fine.
