Choosing a shower wall panel type

We are remodeling our relatively small 90 square foot master bath, which currently has a separate deck with a tub as well as an enclosed shower. We're demoing the existing shower and putting in a larger, but still curbed one.

Where we're stymied is choosing a wall panel type. My wife and I would love to avoid grout in the shower, and expect to live in this house about 5 more years. I've gotten samples of Flexstone and was a bit disappointed. The designs don't thrill me and the finish in particular looks a little cheap to me. On the other end, I've gotten a look at some Cambria samples, and I think they look pretty nice, but obviously that's a fairly high cost option.

A few resulting questions:

1. How well did the Cambria work out. Would you install it if you only had about 5 years in the house left? Is it worth it?

2. Are there any other mid-range options that have a better looking finish than Flexstone? Swanstone? Corian? Caesarstone? How do these hold up?

3. A more niche question, has anyone dealt with using these on the inside of a shower pony wall? Is getting it cut horizontally like that a problem?

Would appreciate any thoughts in general; right now it feels like I'm just rolling the dice.
