How to cover this partial pipe with baseboard?

For some reason at the bottom of the wall there were these pvc pipes that are kind of showing at an angle. from the side it looks like this:

so i had to cut out part of the flooring around the pipe to have the planks staying flat. looks like there was one that came out a little too much



this one sticks out for more than 1 inch. what's the best way to cover this?
on this website i saw some people have covered up radiators but those are bigger than this. in this case just build a bookshelf or something to cover this? or is there another way? maybe glue two baseboards together so it's thick enough to cover the pipe for this side of the wall?
