Instead of a mirror, consider art that’s about the width of the inside of the corbels. Remove all the small items and replace with maybe candles or otherbitems on each end of the mantel. Mantels look better to me when kept simple.

I'd find a different place for the art canvas... use the mirror.

for a more pleasing arrangement, I would place the sofa facing the fireplace and put the TV in front of the window to the Left.

Find an enclosed shoe rack.

First, your furnishings arrangement is not working for the room.

You can't place the sectional in the center of this room. Place it against the far wall and move the TV to the wall with the entry door.
