Why an off white backsplash with white cabinets ? IMO always a apntry door the same as the cabinets since it is just a big cabinet. As for the others IMO they should be the same as all the other doors in the house. I see a white kitchen so what is the reason for new white fronts at all?

The current cabinet fronts are thermafoil, and it’s peeling off. I also hate that they don’t have handles. So I’m replacing the fronts with painted doors with handles.
I have enough leftover backsplash from our suite kitchen and want to use what I have. Here’s a picture of the Simply White paint sample up against the backsplash.

You should paint the trim around the doors and baseboards SW as well. If the existing white looks OK with the SW cabinets you don't need to paint the doors at all. Can you put your SW swatch against the door and post a picture of that? It's impossible to tell from a photo how different those two whites are. That backsplash might work in the kitchen as far as color. It depends upon the lighting - if it looks good to you IRL, then no problem. What size are those hexagons?

Black, but just in kitchen proper; paint around the door and around and over the windows.

Exciting refresh! I would probably use Simply White everywhere. It’s not like it will look shockingly different from the rest of the doors in the house, but it will unify your whites in this space. While you’re at it, freshen up your counter stools, and you’ll probably end up doing the trim.

Your backsplash tiles - have you brought a sample home to see them in your space? I would highly recommend doing that before you order. Black and white are such a classic combination, you really have so many options for bs tile

I don't love the backsplash and simple white together. I think the SW makes the backsplash look really dirty. Sounds like SW is unchangible if you have ordered your door already. I would reconsider the splash.

I'd paint the doors and trim the same color as the cabinets. I've never painted the doors throughout my home the same color as one another. I paint them depending on the room they are in.
