Can you post a to scale plan here . Walkers are a big deal in a space and need very particualr spaces to function not to mention the shower cannot have step up if you are trying to make this accessible for aging in place . Get on google and find out exactly the spce you need for this to function when the elderly person moves in .

If you are planning for an older couple I would definitely suggest a flooring that has a lot of grip. Older folks seem to live in constant fear of slipping on many types of bathroom flooring.

The first one with drawers is preferable for every day use. If it's just guests, then the doors are OK. However, in the pictures, the tile looks a little pinkish which won't look good with either of those wood colors. Does it look pinkish in person? Can you look at a sample tile against at least the HD one (if there is a display model on the floor)? It can be expensive to return vanities if they even can be returned. Does this tile come in a color that is closer to white than whatever color that is? Why a floating vanity? You get more storage if it's full height.
