I have 15 nepeta Walker's Low located in three different gardens in Northern Virginia. We are experiencing unusually high temperatures and drought ... and the nepeta is flourishing. I think yours is likely too wet.

Your zinnias likely are being destroyed by slugs, the catmint is going down due to some type of blight, two of my varieties are looking the same, though 'Cat's Pajamas' yet remains healthy and I sure hope it continues to do so!

I think 'Walkers Low' can take quite wet soil judging by how well mine are doing in wet, heavy clay.

This is the blight infected (or whatever the cause) 'Purrsian Blue', several plants have died out completely.
