We're doing a kitchen remodel and with the new cabinets, the hood vent piece is very off center. And to move it to the center, requires removing a stud and external work which I have a brick exterior and would be $$$. Ideally, I'd love a solution that I can not move the vent and install a new hood. I found one stainless steel hood that has a super wide chimney (25.75 inches wide) that would cover the vent as is BUT it's ProLine brand which I read has awful reviews due to product and bad customer service.

Does anyone have a solution of what I can do to avoid moving the current vent? Either something with a cabinet, or know of a hood with a wide chimney or basically anything to make this look good and modern?! We have dark gray shaker cabinets with a white quartz counter. Help! All ideas OR welcome! Or good reviews of ProLine?
