Bona Traffic HD hardwood floors is this normal?

Hi! I’ve gotten amazing advice from the flooring specialist on here in the last so turning to Houzz again:) my floors were done about two years ago - new white oak hardwood, finished with two coats of bona nordic seal and then three coats of Bona Traffic HD in extra matte. Overall I am happy with my floors - there definitely is scratching but they are heavily used with children in the home so I believe that is normal. I noticed in a high traffic area - specifically in the bathroom by the toilet - as well as the area in the kitchen I stand in the most - the finish seems to be totally worn away. Is this normal? And what can I do to make it look better? Is this something I can call my builder about? I paid a nice sized
Upgrade fee for the Bona Traffic thinking it would last longer and it’s only been barely two years. Attaching photos of the issue in the bathroom as well as a comparison to the rest of my floors that I am fine with. Thank you.

For a five coat system, it should last a lot longer than what you have. Your installer must not have applied the correct coverage. Dirt built up in the soft grains is a good indication. The soft grains are not sealed enough, which means there isn't enough build up on the hard grains. A five coat system looks almost like there is a plastic film on your floors.

@G & S Floor Service thank you so much for replying! Your advice is so helpful as usual. I am dealing with a builder and a new build - we are almost at two years in our home. I did pay a nice upgrade fee for the Bona Traffic and system to be applied by his flooring person because I was told it would last longer and I wanted higher durability. What would you advise me to ask them for? I just want to go about this in the best way possible. Thank you!

It's been two years. It comes down to your warranty, if, it has not expired. If, it is expired, try and work things out witn the builder to get it fixed to avoid the full expense of a redo. At the very least, get it spot fixed.
