I'd choose the color of your cabinets in a different sheen. it will look different with the light ... nothing wrong with all white. Once you 'live' in it, it won't seem as white as it does empty.

How much wall space do you have? Why not paint the wall in Evergreen Fog? or wallpaper it in a coordinating color?

I think Conservative Gray would be great still in the same color family as the iskland but lighter in fact I might even cut it another 25 % so just a hint of color That way all the accents can be virtually any color and can be changed anytime .

Patricia you are right either gray or soft beige. We going get others on here grone we too boring. Walls in kitchen isn't supose to stand out. The cabinets and counter color is supose to be the star of the kitchen since usually take up 90% of the kitchen look. Walls need be easy to clean and hide grime until you clean it. Eveb have some hate my stainless backsplash calling it outdated but I call it practical and easy to clean if cook in the kitchen instead of looking at it.
