It would be helpful if you posted photos of the two tiles - people shouldn’t have to search for them.

I am not sure what Celine looks like, but I used Cloe White in a vertical stack for a guest bathroom (tub/shiwer surround). It does have some gray tones in it.

I know someone who used Cloe but removed the grayer tiles - but that requires you to purchase more tile than would otherwise be necessary.

Do you want a glossy/matte/mix of glossy and matte tile? If you have any photos of what you’re looking for (colorwise), I’ve looked at many of these types of tiles.

What will be on the shower floor? What is the size of the shower? does it have a bench a niche?

Is it a build a remodel? What are your counter tops in the bath?

Vanity is a medium wood , counter top inverness everleigh, floor 12 x24 gray tile above, Bathroom is about 10 x 12 with a freestanding tub 65 inches, next to a 4x5 shower with two half walls, two niches, no bench. Thanks

Lots of grout : ) in the shower, and depends the feel you want in the bath. What are you using as edge for niches? Schluter? Is there a shower curb? Does the large format run into the shower floor and it's curbless? Fixtures are chrome, something else......?

Yes it will have a shower curb, I don't know what the floor will be in the shower yet, need to tile for walls has I ordered the 5x5 Chloe and it's being picked up in the morning. I'll try to upload inspiration pictures

for yours I'd go w/the whiter tile. cloe is fine but it does have some variation.

at bedrosians, look at the Makoto tile or the Sahara tile. similar, diff shades.

this one is the Cloe cream tile. Nice bathtub surround. (the niche on this one should have been an inch higher so that there are no cut tiles. make sure your tile guy does a dry layout to avoid this)

I redid a similar bath style for someone using similar tiles, diff color.

for the curb on the above shower I used a piece of quartz (it was a 6" backsplash piece) cut to size. floor tiles are 12x24 charcoal porcelain (look into a 24x24 size, less grout)

You'll also need some sort of bullnose edge tile or edging pieces to edge out the border of the outside tile edges around the opening. in the one above I used a pencil liner.

here's a white 3x9 tile in a stacked layout w/accent tiles on the back wall. the homeower wanted this look. floors are 24x24 tiles and the curb is another quartz backsplash piece cut down to fit

shower is 5' wide. we went w/one glass fixed panel instead of doors.

If the tub is on an angle is it a mistake to do small square tile knee wall height 42 inches behind it? Will it be too busy with small squares ?

Sadly we have to have it on an angle, too tight with the shower, with a Freestanding Tub Filler. Not a flip

You would still do the squares over vertical subway? No niche on back wall for ours since it’s an exterior wall.
