I am not sure what you are asking. Are you planning on removing the wall tile around the tub or do you want help using the tile ?The floor tiles look fine to me so I need a bit more info. Post that here in a comment DONOT start another post.

Save your money and remodel the entire bathroom when you can. In the meantime, find a pretty shower curtain and bath mat and call it a day. No use throwing good money after bad.

SW Alabaster for wall paint or similar ... at least a LRV of 82 or above to freshen the feel.
